Description
We all make mistakes from time to time, but some of us tend to blow them out of proportion and make mountains out of molehills. In these instances, we may need a little extra guidance to keep us from spiraling. That is why I’ve created this resource. This blank notebook can be a powerful tool for understanding and learning from your mistakes, helping you grow and develop as a person.
This notebook pairs wonderfully with my children’s book, We All Make Mistakes, which helps puts mistakes into perspective and helps readers realize that mistakes are not the end of the world. Although it’s primarily a children’s book, the lessons found within are truly ageless.
Did you know that many people who have trouble overcoming mistakes oftentimes deal with anxiety? Thankfully, there are some additional resources for minimizing anxiety and learning from mistakes right on this website, include my Anxiety Management Notebook and the Catastrophizing Management Notebook. Don’t forget my hit children’s book, Anxious Alex and the Worry Monster, for your little ones who tend to worry.
Making and learning from your mistakes is a natural part of life, and hopefully the various tools on this website can guide readers on how to overcome these obstacles.
